It's King St. Bee's birthday today, so periodically I'll be on your timeline bothering you with some fun King St. Bee facts!

Here's the first fun fact. King St. Bee is in all 4 of these great books that are on sale today.

Here's fun fact number 2.

King St. Bee was a doodle I made originally named "a bird named bee.png". I committed her onto my hard drive on April 25, 2015, at 3:18:24 PM.

This reveals that she has my Sun sign as her Sun sign, and Paula's Sun sign as her Moon sign. Neat!
You've been waiting for at least 6 hours now, eagerly on your toes, for King St. Bee fun fact number 3.

Here's some of her early sketches. Of note is the horrific last image, which I drew on MY birthday. It is a reference to this video [drugs cw]:
Fun fact number 4.

King St. Bee had a two-page webcomic. It was two pages because that was exactly as many as I was willing to do. This was the introduction of her best friend, Princess Bluebird, who used to be red.

Note that King St. Bee is not afraid of dogs at this point.
Number 5.

It was a common complaint from Paula that my early Bees seemed to stretch & stretch, until Paula begged me to restore her to her original football shape. You can see the contrast between these bees.

"I know" is a fun reference (tumblr OP: jackpumpkinqueen).
Actually, this was great foreshadowing. I think the idea of King St. Bee walking around whispering "I know" might have actually been what inspired us to make her so powerful.
Number 6.

I was feeling quite bored, so I wanted to draw a little scene. Paula says: "Draw King St. Bee sleeping."

So.. hm. Where does she sleep?

"She sleeps in the ground. She just burrows."

This was the birth of King St. Bee's House, where all her RPs took place.
Number 7.

King St. Bee not understanding drugs was a favorite joke of ours.

This image came with a whole speech Paula would do, which goes like this:

"Hey, it's me. King St Bee. Here to talk about drugs. Who has the drugs? Where can I get the drugs? How can I take the drugs?"
