It breaks my heart that people are STILL writing paragraphs justifying why they didn’t go to the gym. Justifying why they ate what they did. And labeling it “accountability” when really, it’s just not normal.
Mostly breaks my heart because I WAS THAT PERSON. If I had more rest days than planned, failure. If I ate too much of something “bad” failure. I had THE WORST relationship with food and the gym and I wouldn’t wish that on anyone. There’s no freedom. That’s not a life.
Also- having a good relationship with food DOES NOT MEAN you are eating healthy food. You can be disordered af while “eating right” and exercising.

Don’t fool yourself.
