Afghanistan And The Death of Allama Iqbal!

Iqbal's love and appreciation of Afghanistan & Afghan nation in his poetry is well-known. On 81st Death Anniversary of #DrAlamaIqbal, today, I share with you how Afghans, the people that he always spoke high of, reacted to his death.
The attached Pashto couplet from the eulogy poem of Qayam-ud-Din Khadim captures the collective sentiments of the whole Afghan nation. It loosely translates to English as:

O Iqbal! the whole Umma mourns your death
From China to Rome, Turkey, Hind and till Afghanistan.
I think it would be important to also have some tweets on Alama Iqbal visit of Afghanistan in 1933, five years before his death. Allama Iqbal was accompanied by other literary figures of Hindustan like Syed Suleman Nadvi , Sir Ras Masood and others on this visit.
The then Afghan govt and the literary people of Kabul had very warmly welcomed the visiting leading scholars of Hindustan(rather of the East as remarked the speaker in his welcome speech).
A welcome poem was read in honor of the guests, especially of Allama Iqbal.
Iqbal also delivered his speech, which I post in full, as reported by the Kabul Magzine.

[I urge all Afghans here on Twitter to must read the last of his of his speech. Know how Iqbal regarded you and don't fall victim to the hate campaign against him. ]
You might already know that in 1923, Allama Iqbal had dedicated his book The Message of The East (Piyam-e-Mashriq) to the then King of Afghanistan Ghazi Amanullah Khan.
