like I get if your tech can't do it (not really) but this message is so creepy.

Consent can be revoked at anytime.

Just for clarification purposes, you can unmatch them, just this is a creepy copy when you attempt to backswipe (which you should be able to do anyway).

But this is a year later and they haven't changed it.
