A story teaching children how anger can build and some strategies to help them when it does.
Ruby’s Worry

Ruby’s story teaches children that we all have worries and encourages them to talk about their worries with somebody that they trust.
Feelings

This gorgeous book supports conversations about a range of emotions and shows children that all emotions are a normal.
The Bear And The Piano

A brilliant story that I’ve used before to discuss loneliness and empathy.
Grandad’s Island
by @Benji_Davies

A beautiful story that sensitively deals with loss and grief.
I’d also add the more recent Ravi’s Roar.

Another brilliant picture book by @TomPercivalsays that is a great support for conversations about anger or losing your temper 🙌🏼
