What does community mean when a homophobe’s life gets celebrated by supposed “woke” ppl & “allies”?

Just like preferences aren’t in a vacuum & can be examined/explored for socialization/bigotry etc. So can your grief. It’s not untouchable just b/c you feel it. Just because your feelings are valid doesn’t make them automatically not harmful or not part of systemic oppression
