2. Spreading our views to get recruits needs time and patience. You won't win anybody over by demonizing them. The best way to convince others is through self control, a good attitude, and empathy.

3. We need each other. Infighting over gatekeeping will just put us at each other's throats and push away those interested. We should be working together, not fighting each other.
