2. Spreading our views to get recruits needs time and patience. You won& #39;t win anybody over by demonizing them. The best way to convince others is through self control, a good attitude, and empathy.

3. We need each other. Infighting over gatekeeping will just put us at each other& #39;s throats and push away those interested. We should be working together, not fighting each other.
