Blame Britishers all you want for famines, starvation deaths of past but don't forget in future or present if any drought, starvation,thirst related deaths occur, it will be solely due to present ruling class & indifferent social attitudes of caste society to fundamental issues

If I'm correct we again are becoming net food importing nation(check huge wheat,edible oil, cereals import bill),water & drought situations is worsening day by day in many parts
MonoAgriculture,monofood culture,soil pollution,mansoon based agriculture etc negative aspects

We lack collective social consiouness, social attitudes which make whole society issues as it's own
Just a warring factions unconcerned with basic fundamental issues of livlihood,food,water, jobs,dignity

If in future there is drought or something famine like situation, I am hard nosed about state & society ability to make resilient society,make fundamental Change, adjustments to address that challenge
