It's easy to dunk on spoiled millennials complaining the world sucks from their iphone and laptops.

But the truth is:

- housing more $
- education more $
- health care more $
- jobs less $
- less sex
- less love
- fewer families
- more anger
- more culture war
- less mobility
- more death
- lower life expectancy
- continuous war
- end of the meritocracy
- rise of the internet cacophony
- end of cohesion
- end of coherence
- "climate change"

yeah, no wonder they think the world is shit.
now add in the things which aren't true, which adds to their rage

- rape culture
- Trump Nazi
- rise of white supremacy
- #MeTOO

Oh I forgot - other things which are true:

- greatest income inequality ever
- flat real wages
- fatter than ever
So yeah when some spoiled rich white girl whines about prosperity from her iphone X while drinking $7 soy chai lattes - it's grinding...no doubt.

But she's also speaking for the silent masses who feel hopeless.

Millennials see the US is in decline because they FEEL it.
Boomers and Gen X to some degree are still nostalgic.

We can look back and think, oh yeah, USA will be just fine!

But Millennials and late Gen X'ers are definitely the first generations ever to have lower standards of living, greater uncertainty, and rightfully more fear.
Ignore the plight of the Millennial at own peril.

Keep dunking on them and mocking them.

But their rage and anger is gonna be channeled somewhere and it could very well be funneled straight into a re-distributive socialist economy lead by AOC.
By the way

I'm as Gen X as it gets
This just came in my DM's.

This is exactly what I've been talking about for months even years.
