Yehor was the top diplomatic representative to NATO for several years before he was made head of the SZRU.

Before I continue posting about Yehor I need to mention I spent 30 minutes looking at this picture of him last night.

Well my eyes went straight to this display case on his desk with a baseball decorated with the CIA shield.

Then I zoomed in on his bookshelf and he has all these key MI6/CIA books on spycraft & disinformation.
