Reviving this tread because: I met a guy a few weeks ago that works remotely for my company and lives in my hometown. We immediately bonded over our love of speidies and he was laid off 2 days later.

Well friends, we have reached the end of this thread as it is finally time for me, myself, to leave the company. They think they have a talent retention problem but they won't actually do anything when it comes to retaining talent. It's been a ride for sure. Ty and goodnight.
