2) Brenda Arthur became concerned when perusing the website of a local mosque she saw a picture of a man speaking to the congregation named Nihad Awad, co-founder & Exe. Director of Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR).

3) Arthur, a Jewish American, made a (FOIA) request regarding a local mosque. Soon after she was visited by Sgt. R.C. Workman with West Virginia Intelligence Exchange a secretive unit of the WV. State police, who works closely with the state’s /DHS’s “intelligence fusion center.”

4) She told Sgt. Workman “Nihad Awad is co-founder of the terrorist-tied org. CAIR.” Arthur, 66, explained that she serves as leader of the WV chapter of ACT for America, whose mission is to educate Americans about the advancement of Islamic principles in Western societies.

5) Arthur explained the org supports the Constitution, American liberty & values. We fight terrorism & the concepts of Sharia law, which are antithetical to the U.S. Constitution.” SGT. Workman said “Well, we have a good relationship w/that mosque we knew Nihad Awad was coming.”

6) In W.V. the fusion center operates under the supervision of the West Virginia Dept. of Military Affairs & Public Safety [DMAPS]. What could possibly be suspicious about a law abiding 66-year-old ins. broker searching public-records about plans to build a neighborhood mosque?

7) Arthur said, Lawrence Messina, w/WV DMAPS, declined to comment. As evidenced throughout the . @POTUS witch hunt, too often, the DOJ, IC, & law enforcement withhold docs & retreat from making statements to cover their own wrong doing, not b/c of NATSEC issues.

8) The West Virginia Fusion Center’s website encourages Americans to report “suspicious activity” by filing a SAR or Suspicious Activity Report which they define as “sharing of information concerning activity, incident, or behavior is outside of normal parameters.”

9) The Obama Admin. was deploying a new program w/NEW RULES by presidential directive on an unwitting general public, It was to be an integral tool of law enforcement to counter terrorism but for some it was political activist policing meant to target specific group.

10) All 50 states have at least one DHS fusion center who work with “non-traditional sources,” including private sector organizations, choice leftist NGOs, corporate America, public safety entities, etc. to build threat assessments on people.

11) The Obama Admin elevated radial racist org SPLC to advise the DOJ, FBI, military, Cyber policing, Tech co., DHS, & the entire govt. apparatus to set guidelines judging acceptable behavior & speech of citizenry and their recommendations have driven policy decisions.

12) Southern Poverty Law Center was now a government sanctioned political weapon of the socialist Dem. Party & Rinos intent on transforming America through the lens of political correctness. God help us, Obama & Hillary Clinton planned to create their version of civil society.

13) As a Jewish American, Arthur had every reason to be concerned that an anti-Semite like Nihad Awad would be invited to speak in her community. Awad is a supporter of Hamas, a U.S. State Dept. designated foreign terrorist org., who rejects the right of Israel to exist.

14) This twisting around of those targeted by the Homeland Security apparatus has not happened by accident, said Patrick Wood, an expert on the technocracy movement who authored the book “Technocracy Rising: The Trojan Horse of Global Transformation.”

15) Obama created a secret Mid-East policy called Presidential Study Directive 11 which outlined his plan to initiate regime changes in Egypt, Libya, Yemen, & Syria by partnering directly w/the Muslim Brotherhood. PSD-11 remains classified. Americans deserve to see it. . @POTUS

16) The Muslim Brotherhood could not be designated as a terrorist org., especially, if they were about to rule several new countries via Obama’s Pres. Directive. The UK, Hungary, Saudia Arabia, Egypt, & others had designated MB a terrorist org. Scan Wikileaks & you’ll know why.

17) Obama’s PSD-11, dictated that certain North African & Middle Eastern nations would undergo a regime change, via U.S. military. “PSD-11 was designed w/the intent to install Muslim Brotherhood in leading govt. positions in the fallen country’s regime and later in the U.S.”

18) Obama’s PSD-11 became the basis of destabilizing the Arab Middle East in 2011, overthrow the pro-US Govt.s Of Egypt, & Tunisia, & topple the Libyan regime of Muammar Qaddafi, who had long supported terrorism, but by that point was fighting jihadist movements.

22) PSD-11 would also involve transforming America into a socialist state. By presidential directive Obama facilitated the installation of many members of the Muslim Brotherhood throughout the U.S. government and in many high ranking positions but anyone who says so is racist.

23) Enter Mohamed Elibiary. He was appointed to advise the WH on counter terrorism and was later promoted to Senior Dept. of Homeland Security Advisor. Unencumbered by self-restraint Elibiary frequently spoke his mind via Twitter while serving in the WH.

24) Under Elibiary's influence and that of former DHS SEC Janet Napolitano, and later former DHS SEC. Jeh Johnson, among others, the DHS was, indeed, transformed.

25) “The concept of placing a fusion center in a local community is to be a listening post that would be in touch with what was going on in the community, giving a view that was not accessible to the federal authorities,” Wood said.

26) Elibiary, for instance, came under fire in June for tweeting about the "inevitable" return of the Muslim "caliphate." His tweets were later praised by affiliates of the Islamic State of Iraq and Levant (ISIL) and potentially used to recruit extremist followers. . @davereaboi

33) U.S. Government implements directives to control speech. Whether or not to infringe on people's rights was deliberated numerous times in committee.

34) Given the 'credibility' of non-govt. actors to achieve CVE objectives, & the adaptive nature of private philanthropy, incentivizing their involvement will be paramount for success.

38) Consider how many people it would take to 'Rebrand' Islamism & combat the apparent pandemic of white supremacy to Millennials on social media. FB hired 20,000 to combat hate speech, where from? THE PHILIPPINES ARE POLICING AMERICANS!

39) So DHS spent millions to hire uninformed, uneducated (or educated SJW w/psych issues), untrained foreigners, as well as, possible American college students to 'REBRAND' a serious, deadly, ideology that no one can talk about.
