March 10: It’s been a month since I started working out at the gym and I’ve lost 7 pounds so far :-) the hardest part was starting and being consistent, but I’ve been keeping notes on my phone of what machines I use and weights and I’m more confident to go by myself!
this is just me keepingtabs on my progress btw :’)
April 10: 2 weeks in & I’ve lost 12 pounds! I’ve started hiking Cowles 3x and gym 3x a week. I bought a flexible tape measure & noticed I’ve lost 3 inches in my chest/bust/waist area. Changed up & cut out a lot of foods from my diet (I’m 10 months pescatarian).
May 10: 3 months and 17 pounds lost later! I felt stagnant, gotten sick twice this month plus stress from finals, diet inconsistent. But I had to remind myself why I was doing this 💪🏼 and I picked up skipping rope 3x a week to change up my workouts and I feel happier!
I skipped the month of June bcos I was feeling stagnant and stuck. I don’t see any changes. It’s July 7th and I’m going through my clothes to see what I should keep or donate before moving houses. I’m trying on these clothes & half of my wardrobe doesn’t fit? Flex or nah
I JUST HIT MY 130s!!! I DONT REMEMBER THE LAST TIME I WAS UNDER 140 POUNDS
ALSO I DID MY FASTEST TIME HIKING COWLES MTN!! 45 MINUTES holy crap my lungs and legs were on fire
it’s been a while since I added to this thread...but hey I’m doing a 6 week weightloss challenge! 2 weeks under my belt 💪🏼
a non-scale victory: I fit size small for some clothes! ordered 2 different sizes of yoga shorts (medium and small just because i was curious) and let me TELL YOU. The medium fit too loose around my tumm hip and thighs! around this time last year I fit XL 😩
that moment when you notice during your workout classes or whenever you go on your mile runs, you have to hold up your leggings the whole time because they’re loose around the hips 😩 am I really reaching a size small? I haven’t been this little since middle school omg
so this thread kinda died esp when quarantine hit, I lost gains & gained weight but I‘m BACK ON TRACK. I transitioned to a vegan diet (over a month) & let me just say my ENERGY LEVELS ARE AN ALL TIME HIGH. enjoy this vid of me at the gym this morning feelin STRONG
