The only reason why ethnonationalism has resurged is due to the left's adoption of idpol at the expense of pragmaic policies benefitting the deindustrialized proletariat. I've been saying this forever. Most Trump supporters would choose UBI over "being fashy online."

I don't expect Yang to embrace internet ethnats openly- he has said, many times, that he is trying to solve the disease of which Trump is a symptom. Naturally, Trump supporters of various radicalities would prefer this cure & would support it. If they did not, he'd be failing.

He's going to be tarnished in the same way "berniebros" were- but he has, so far, stood firm on his stance re: idpol- that it is a technique of Woke Capital to keep us from getting the money. This is why he is the best candidate running- he shrugs off idpol as false consciousness
