Why does every foot dude on the internet come out of the woodwork on innocuous posts to ask random girls if they can move their toes independently

I have been asked this question three times since the start of the new year

I have basically no internet clout and like 1600 followers so idk, be nice to a femme presenting person you know online cause it's bad when you're even small time.

I've identified and deleted the tweet that apparently started this (it was an innocuous question but what are you going to do) so hopefully that stops it but also it's probably been screenshotted and shared so what can you do.

Cool this dude is just like "you're a medical anomaly." In case it wasn't obvious his profile is just pics of other women's feet.

The last post I got from this dude was like "well yeah my account is a fetish account but I'm just here for medical curiousity." Back off dude. I'm not interested.

Blocked and reported for harassing behavior tho I'm sure Instagram is going to see my repeated "leave me alones" as coy misdirection.

I'm not into this kind of play. I'm blocking and reporting anyone who tries this on me again I do not have the bandwidth for these guys
