This applicant was eager to jump in, but not quite ready...
Impressive work history, but this applicant actually sucked.

Next applicant: great interview, except for all the fowl language
Some late submissions; this individual was really dragon their feet turning in the application
Applicant seemed promising on paper, turned out to be a little cray
HR background check revealed this applicant was posting newt photos

So I’ve hired the individual (below) on a trial period. They’re the same size as my previous field assistant (above), really diving into the work so far!
