NBA rabbit hole: in the early 2000’s there was a reality TV show on ESPN that followed around the Darius Miles/Quentin Richardson era Clippers. I was obsessed with it. Ever since Miles’ Players’ Tribune story I’ve been trying to find evidence of it. But its gone from the web.
Like, I haven’t been able to find a single trace of it. I couldn’t remember the title so I’ve randomly searched around trying to find something, today I had a breakthrough when I stumbled across this extremely old, but somehow still active ESPN page http://www.espn.com/thelife/quentin_richardson.html
So I now know it was called “Sidelines: LA Hoops”. I’m pretty sure it ran for two seasons. But it isn’t mentioned anywhere on Wikipedia or YouTube as far as I can find. I know I can’t be the only one who remembers this show?
Also, this old ESPN page is amazing. Specifically points towards Darius Miles’s Geocities page. Unclear if this is his official page or a fan made page. Sadly now defunct.
