The reason I can& #39;t make this game is that it& #39;s basically an open world island game with about 300 NPCs who all need to have a dynamic relationship system with the player as well as random generated stories to tell you about.

If you kill someone, they wash up on the beach, alive
i need to more or less:

A) accurately simulate 300 people simultaneously
B) have them report to you about these events if you ask in interesting/satisfying ways that lead to sidequests
C) recruit some into your crew for the heist/breakout
like you& #39;d need to be able to say "hey, you, join my crew," and that person& #39;s relationship with you, because of the things you& #39;ve done on the island, makes them willing to join your crew. some may be willing to betray you. subterfuge.
