imagine going to your relative's house for hari raya just to find this man standing on the corner of the room while drinking aqua gelas after eating a plate of opor ayam
and then theres this one cousin your parents keeps comparing you to cause he is very smart and is currently doing a postgrad abroad, only comes home during big holidays so you rarely see him
that one uncle that keeps asking u if u have a secret boyfriend or not
eldest uncle that likes to play with kids, if no one pays attention to him he likes to play dead then suddenly wakes up as a zombie and would chase the kids around the house
that one cousin that kept getting asked if he has a gf already (but he really is single), once an aunty tried to set him up with her neighbor but he refuses, saying he wanted to focus on his studies first
that one cousin that is secretly done with everything but is still polite when the uncles and aunties asks him if he has a girlfriend yet
another successful relative, works on a multi national company and gives the kids lots of money for hari raya. nods a lot during a conversation but doesnt talk much cause hes busy munching kerupuk udang.
loud uncle that mcs the family photo session, likes to chat with the aunties, is very up to date about gossips. at times he'd turn on the karaoke machine on just to sing one song and then turn it off again cause everyone is still eating opor ayam.
employed uncle that doesnt even bother giving money during hari raya cause "hes not married yet", is mostly silent and always sits near the opor table "for easy access"
smart relative number 2, is also rarely seen or talked about because hes too busy with campus activities. hypes up the karaoke uncle all them time. a sweetheart but would choke someome for the last kerupuk udang.
the "im on my first year of college" relative, gets teased a lot about his campus love life, demands for more hari raya cash because "college students are broke!!!"
The chill relative, brings playstation console to the gathering just to play pes with other relatives. Doesnt really care about opor ayam as long as his team scores a goal.
the shy relative, wont even eat unless he was told to, is too shy to take extra kerupuk udang. only watches other relatives play pes, but hes actually really good in it. not to mention that he also makes the best goofy faces whenever he walks past a baby.
