[Some work we did last year for a client]
It's a project that I'm proud of. Mostly because we managed to convince the client to veer off the brief. The brief was to design and print a calendar but we wanted it to mean more, not necessarily to us, but to society.
It's a project that I'm proud of. Mostly because we managed to convince the client to veer off the brief. The brief was to design and print a calendar but we wanted it to mean more, not necessarily to us, but to society.
We shared a few dope concepts that answered the brief and one that went beyond. We sought to change the perceptions of the less privileged in society by painting the picture that is often overlooked.
We reached out to Zabibu Centre and set the ball rolling. The centre has managed to create a haven for people living with disabilities by empowering them with different skills.
This thread takes you on a journey that gives you a glimpse into some of the lives of the people living with disabilities at Zabibu Centre and other members in society who are living their lives in colour. Here are photos from the calendar shoot and these are their stories.
That's it. Thank you.
