Here’s the only thing I’m ever gonna say about 2020 because I hate talking politics with y’all. Lol

Yes, you should absolutely rigorously vet your candidates.

And you should definitely vote your conscience.

But also?

You need to vote strategically.

What you should have taken away from 2016- outside of Russian meddling and sexism and racism and xenophobia and voter suppression, and the like- is that voting in our current system is as much about being strategic as it is anything.

And, I get it. Flawed candidates and all your morals and you just can’t and other handwringing things.

And yes, this is me being wildly irritated by people who are principled to the point of impracticality.

But y’all are gonna feelings your way right into a second term of this president.
And if you think he’s dangerous now?

Imagine him with even fewer checks and balances and no future election to win.

People are going to die. People’s lives will be ruined. Vast quantities of wealth will be wiped out from people who will never be able to recover.
