What I& #39;ve learned in just over three years of failing forward https://twitter.com/Oyiin_Bee/status/1082149508417536000">https://twitter.com/Oyiin_Bee...
The only thing you& #39;re (almost) fully in control of is the quality of your work.
Make a lot of mistakes, ask a lot of questions. But with time, mistakes should go down and the quality of your questions should go up
You& #39;re the CEO of your own career, be strategic. Think long term, plan, network etc
When people say you& #39;re smart, don& #39;t believe them because at some point they& #39;ll say you& #39;re stupid and you shouldn& #39;t believe that either
Feedback is crucial. Get comfortable with taking negative feedback and working on it
There& #39;s nothing wrong with going for break, packing your bags immediately it& #39;s closing time, or not doing any work outside of working hours.

(As long as the quality of your work is up to standard and you meet your deadlines)
Don& #39;t work for a company whose product you wouldn& #39;t buy and don& #39;t work for a boss you wouldn& #39;t want to become.
It& #39;s not imposter syndrome if you don& #39;t know the work. Go and learn the work
You can get pretty far by bluffing, playing politics, connections, sounding confident etc but eventually you& #39;ll have to learn the work
It& #39;s important to know the work. It& #39;s also important to sound/look like you know the work and they aren& #39;t always the same thing
Over rated: intelligence, talent, creativity, passion

Under rated: discipline, reliability, consistency
The reward for good work is more work
