I'm not sure why this has been forgotten.

I remember when Joe Arpaio held the press conference about Barack Obama's birth certificate.

I watched the forensics and actually opened the file in Adobe and saw the layering.

For some reason, everyone has seemed to forget about this.

It's undeniable the birth certificate was altered.

It doesn't take crazy computer or tech skills to figure it out either.

The whole situation surrounding this is bizarre.

If you watch the video of the Joe Arpaio press conference, he explains it.

Also, regardless a birth certificate pdf should have no layers period.

It means it's been altered. That's undeniable.
