One thing u must understand abt Gandhi's revolt in Africa- he was NOT a REBEL, but a middleman. And it did work.

Muslim League was against Vande Matram cos they found it anti islam.
'Vande Matram' song is the major REASON why BRITISH COULD NOT SEPERATE BENGAL PROVINCE- it was a SYMBOL of HINDU MUSLIM UNITY.

In World war 2, Gandhi was NOT MIDDLEMAN OF BRITISH, BUT of MUSLIMS. Congress decided to not send any soldier to express NON COOPERATION.

If you believe that either Gandhi or Jinnah gave us independence, you are wrong.
Subhash Chandra Bose sacrificed many Hindus, making them do mean jobs at Japanese front against British.

The two met daily for 2 weeks continuous and discussed the matter for endless hours.
