You can’t whip out a rate increase w/ no warning for current clients. Tomorrow, send an email with subject line “Rate Increases for 2019”

2. Find Client B at a higher rate to fill those hours, if your original client won’t play. 15//
Work with client A & B for a month to ensure B willl work out. Then, end the contract with A (following the termination rules of agreement)
Finally: Never start a Negotiation you can’t walk away from. You gotta be on equal footing at least.
Get backup clients in the wing before negotiating with a regular. MITIGATE RISK. 💕
1. Informing them of a 25% rate increase this year. You gotta give yourself a raise boo. They may not be into this, soooo 14//
