i bought this for a pack of 3 for around $2.50... i think it dries out my lips and makes them look more chapped bc my friends would say look at ur lips hahaha. i mean it works for 5 minutes and then u have to apply another layer. i rate 4/10

all purpose skin salve that can be used as lip balm for ~$7. doesn’t really help chapped lips, it just acts as a layer (bc of the petroleum) which could be useful. has a rosy scent and kind of oily, which i like. 6/10
