1. Figure is not recent, figure was pre 2015. Stop spreading lies, as a PhD holder, you should report facts based on research.
2. You do not have much knowledge about Education in Nigeria.
3. The enrollment figures have actually gone up due to FG's intervention. https://twitter.com/OgbeniDipo/status/1072968045130379265
4. You have not been following the ministry's activities but as usual you are quick to castigate the minister from the comfort of your bed at home.

5. The minister gives weekend briefings which are available on the ministries website. Go and update yourself with his activities
For example, this a text from a weekend briefing where he stated that FG will provide insurance cover for students in Unity schools so that nothing will stop their education. E.g Death, bankruptcy of parents and guardian will not stop their education.
This is another briefing on the award of contracts for the installation of cctvs in Unity schools..
Let me also tell you that primary and secondary education is under the control of the state so your questions should be directed more at the Governors.
The minister has also pushed for Primary and secondary education to be removed from the control of Governors who do not prioritize it. Most of them have not built a classroom, employed teacher or train them in 4 years. They don't care..
He has also pushed for an Education bank similar to Bank of Industries to provide educational loans to students, fund education, authors, mobilize Grant's from public and private enterprise and much more.

WAEC has been repositioned, follow up on them. https://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/more-news/217960-waec-conduct-gce-twice-year.html
The minister also organized competency tests for teachers, something that had not been done in a long while.

Have you also heard about the Bilateral Education Agreement program? A scholarship agreementwith other countries to support education.
Did you hear about the personnel audits of schools nationwide? The last one was done in 2010!
His Ministry has embarked on this audit to sort of personnel / staffing issues.
Are you not happy with Jamb? He Ended the BSc / HND dichotomy.  “The HND certificate will remain a legal tender in Nigeria and holders of such certificate will continue to be recognised as the equivalent of first degree holders without discriminatory..
remunerations and limit to progression in the work place.

Have you heard about the exploits of NUC, improvements in the accreditation exercise and increase in the number of courses accredited.
Is this not under his Ministry?
Have you read his National Polytechnic reform? The bill he sent to the executive on how Yaba Tech and Kad poly as pilot polytechnics will be restructured to award degrees and only technical courses will be offered in polytechnics.
Have you read the National Teacher Development Policy yet to be implemented by states? He has been shouting that states should implement it..
How can you say the Minister is sleeping when you are apparently too lazy to follow his activities. Adamu Adamu, a man who works on weekends..
I suggest you stop misinforming the public deliberately, you are smarter than that.

People like you are used to noise and less action. You find it difficult to praise silent achievers.
How do you then encourage the youths you gather every now and then to seek knowledge when you cannot do so yourself?
We have congenital problems with the way education is structured in Nigeria, from funding to control and Quality Assessment but do not come here to spread lies about what you do not know. This is the only minister that has taken concrete steps to address these issues.
You do not appear to be passionate about Nigeria, you are more interested in retweets. You have been tweeting about ASUU for days but if I ask you about the latest discussion on all their demands, you do not know.
Why they embarked on the strike action you don't have a clue.
