AHEM, If you think PoC think everything is racist, I guess you never heard of "Subtle" or "Covert" Racism. It's kinda like Throwing shade with double speak but it actually affects how the PoC lives for the worse.
It's more than words, it's the actions/logic within covert Racism and with that result it causes PoC to constantly analyze what was said and done. We need to analyze it because if we react the way the racists want us to act (typically in anger), that justifies their act of racism
Need examples? How about #MorryMatson #PermitPatty, #BBQBecky? Or #ApartmentPatty? Look up those situations. (skip to 30 seconds in)
This is just the tip of the iceberg but these Folk knew if the Police took their side that it's a wrap for the people they're calling the police on. Wrap as in typically Violence and critical injury or death of the PoC.
Yes there are some folk that know that if they call the cops on a PoC the PoC knows that's a death sentence for them
But if things don't go their way, here's the kicker, they can cover up their racism with "That wasn't the intention" or "You're taking it in the wrong context" or as in #ApartmentPatty's case:
claiming she's feels uncomfortable yet follows the man that made her uncomfortable to his apartment just "As a record to say hi" after she was blocking his entrance to his OWN HOME. It was basically another #EmittTill situation WAITING TO HAPPEN.
But since the man POLICED himself not to react in a way any typical person would (with the emotion of anger) and video recorded the situation the tables were turned

And don't you DARE say "Well if Poc learned how to take care of their homes,properties and..." Uh HELLO there were times where PoC prospered but because of a jealous and fearful Majority it either got destroyed ala #BlackWallStreet in Tulsa,OK or through the Chicago Race Riot
I didn't even talk about #WhiteFlight...if you want me to talk about it I'll try to talk about it within this thread but I feel it's self explanatory.
Shit like this leads to why PoC are "So political" as you guys would say because the doublespeak alone just has us on edge all the time just simply because we have trouble believing anyone especially who's in offices of power, No matter their political affiliation.
Why did I say "No matter their political affiliation"? Covert Racists move from party to party, hence kinda why so many PoC stopped voting Republican or voting as a whole but again that's another conversation for another day.
It's so disheartening I have to talk about this I'm just giving modern examples, this shit dates back centuries.
I could go deeper about certain words like "Predators" "Savages" "Thugs" "urban" "Unconcious Bias" or "Ghetto" to describe low class when the same people that use these words take from the culture of PoC. But that's a different conversation for another day.
In closing, PoC don't intend to "Make everything racist" its just throughout our individual lives we are mostly taught to analyze our situation before making any kind of move b/c the wrong move can either ruin our lives or end it in many ways. It shouldn't be like this but it is.
Yes there are some PoC don't care depending on the environment they're in but I'm speaking on my own observations and experiences. If you read through this, thank you for reading and hopefully you'll listen to understand and respond, not just read to respond.
