Arrest Legislators (Article 1, Section 6)

Senators & Representatives...shall in all Cases except Treason, Felony & Breach of the Peace, be privileged from Arrest during their Attendance at the Session of their respective Houses & in going to and from same. (3)

Suspend Habeas Corpus (Article 1, Section 9):
The Privilege of the Write of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it. (4)

Retroactively punish (Article 1, Section 9): "No Bill of Attainder or ex post facto Law shall be passed"

(Bill of Attainder = Legislative act focused on an individual or group for punishment w/out trial; Ex post facto = Retroactive)

Legislature cannot, @POTUS can for NATSEC (5)

Attainder (as differentiated from "Bill of Attainder") is the forfeiture of land and civil rights suffered as a consequence of a sentence of death for treason or felony.

So Legislature can't focus on a group/individual & take property for treason. But @POTUS can for NATSEC. (6)

Commander In Chief of all State Militias (Article 2, Section 2):

Paragraph 1: The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States. (7)

Fill all Vacancies (also Article 2, Section 2):

Paragraph 3: The President shall have Power to fill up all Vacancies that may happen during the recess of the Senate, by granting Commissions which shall expire at the End of their next Session. (8)

Remove convicted Traitors from Office (Article 2, Section 4): The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors. (9)

Article 3 Sec 3. Treason against the United States shall consist only in levying War against them or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid/Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of 2 Witnesses to overt Act or Confession in open Court (10)

That whole "adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort" line is gonna come back and bite 'em. This a why #QAnon says "Thank you, Mr Soros" Because Legislators (who usually can't be arrested) are proven to have aided our enemies = Removed from office & Arrested. (11)

Article4 Sec4 The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government & shall protect each of them against Invasion; & on Application of the Legislature or of the Executive (when Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence (12)

Void Debts (14th Amendment, Section 4). The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions & bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned. (part 1 of 2) (13)

What if the House fails prior to majority change? As in fails in their Constitutional obligation to protect the States from Invasion, guarantee them a Republican form of gov't with fair elections, etc? Well, in that scenario, @POTUS has authority to do quite a lot, it seems. (15)

I find the language of the 5th Amendment to be particularly interesting in this regard.

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on presentment or INDICTMENT OF A GRAND JURY.

So if indicted by grand jury, you can't invoke #5A. (16)

Remember all that noise about the 14th Amendment & anchor babies? There's more to it.

14th Amendment, Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States & subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States & of the State wherein they reside.

#14A Section 1 (cont'd): No State shall make/enforce any law which abridges privileges/immunities of citizens of the U.S.; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property w/out due process of law; nor deny anyone w/in its jurisdiction equal protection of law.

#14A only speaks to what STATES may do, not what the Federal Government may do. It prohibits STATES from denying due process & equal protection to persons w/in their State's jurisdiction who are also U.S. Citizens AND w/in the jurisdiction of the Federal Gov't.

However, #EnemyCombatants are #AmericanTerrorists who are actively engaged in #WAR against #WeThePeople of the United States. Therefore, their actions are considered to be acts of war, not simple "crimes." Jurisdiction falls to the Federal Government, specifically the MILITARY.

This means the Federal Gov't (Military) can "abridge the privileges of citizens of the United States" & "deprive any person of life, liberty, or property w/out due process of law" & "deny any person w/in its jurisdiction equal protection of the laws" for #NATSEC. @POTUS #QAnon
