Guys. I need your help. I'm being frustrated by a bank (name withheld) for having a mortgage with them. I pay my monthly installments on time, every month, and even make additional payments to reduce my principle but they consistently circumvent my efforts to do so. 1

2. It's been 7 years of this stupid shenanigans. They deduct money from my account deliberately late in order to impose punitive penalties. I instruct them in writing not to reduce my repayment amount when the interest rates reduce & put the difference into principle, they dont
3. I've asked them repeatedly for an repayment schedule of all past payments but their excuse is that their system 'is unable to generate these kind of reports.'

5. I have complained in writing to them, and even through @KenyaBankers, to no avail. I continue to be exploited and overcharged unnecessarily. I'm tired 🙄🙄🙄
6. I don't have the financial resources to get a lawyer on this. But I need solid advise on what my options are. I cannot fathom going into 2019 with these shenanigans 😔😔😔😔

7. By the way, i have all letters alerting me of changes to interest rates. They state clearly that my loan duration remains unchanged. Despite all this, & my additional payments, they've managed to add 8 months into my total loan term! 8 months! EWithout explanation.

9. Notice the haphazard application of the loan tenure. It moves from 240 to 182 to 204 to 205 months at random!

8. Someone at the bank sent me this. Apparently, between Dec 2014 and Aug 2015, despite paying a cool 500k, my loan tenure did not change. In fact, I got one month added onto it.
Noone can explain how this works 😳😳😳

I'm now reaching out to @CentralBank and @wgkantai because it's now 13 days since I sent details of my complaint and I haven't heard a word since. No call or follow up. Is there a procedural way to follow up? What are the timeliness for resolving an issue such as this?
