Notice the natural scissor kick. My body was trying to create stabilization by blocking my front side. On the bat sensor, my attack angle was straight down on all of these too. Can’t hold a hip hinge without stabilization thus poor attack angles.
The summary: The legs need certain mechanics to increase rotational speed, but their most important function is stabilization, as to allow the middle of the body to accelerate the bat in proper sequencing. How much force is needed to create stabilization? That’s a precise number.
