depression culture is:

- the impulsive desire to change. leading to promises that can't be kept therefor looking like a lying scumbag

- over complicating simple things because you need 3 days to drink water and not eat before you can embark on living a truly balanced life
- pondering on things you can get accomplished if you put effort in them, while the days dance passed you and you're in your twenties stuck in your room unable to get out because you feel you're too far into this depressing life to change
- using drugs as a crutch to pursue a fulfilling life but falling prey to addiction, cycling back and forth between, binges and sobriety. that eventually immobilize you because everything about you is unsustainable

- resorting to the theory of contentedness, so you're fine....
....with your life falling apart

- losing every person that ever cared about u b/c u lack control of emotions, even though u don't mean to lash out, or cry, or act impulsively you can't help it

- feeling sick everyday because u overeat, starve, drug binge, not sleep, oversleep
- feeling as if you're thinking hard but of nothing at all and unable to let words leave your lips because you feel deprived of desire, all due to the lack of nourishment you've been forcing upon yourself

- a lack of sunlight, lighter pigment

- narcoleptic

- numbness
- a deep longing to stop the pain you're causing yourself and everyone around you, feeling a need within u to end everything, so you release that burden from everyone's life that you're imposing

- selling yourself ideas of uselessness / inadequacy

- Depression culture is the byproduct of our system, failing to provide the correct tools to the youth that allows them to develop their cognition, disabling their ability to recognize situations and habits that will get them to a point in life that is undesirable.
