We are contained within The All, but The All is also contained within each of us.
Metaphysics, trying to answer unanswerable questions, is a giant waste of time. The All hid a piece of its nature from us so don't bother trying to figure it all out or even wondering "why?".

Don't let the idea that there might be an "absolute" pure reality with deities, God, whatever, make you so enamored that you forget that in this relative normal "boring" reality is what matters. Your soul might be immortal, but don't become too floaty from that knowledge!

The universe, The All, is like an infinite living imagination, since infinity cannot add, subtract, multiply, or divide, and imagination is the only thing we know of that can actually create new things without adding, subtracting, multiplying, or dividing itself.

And infinite truly means infinite - there are more universes, more multiverses, than you could possibly fathom.
All the higher invisible beings pulling the strings are still mortal and were once as humans were; they just learned how to rise to higher levels of vibration.

Everything is a a vibration along a spectrum. As things vibe faster it progresses as such: gross matter â heat â electromagnetism â gravity â plant awareness â animal mind â human mind â human soul --> deities --> higher more subtle components with tremendous powers.

By learning to vibrating faster, you gain real physical powers and join the entities controlling the flow of the universe.

You can't stop the pendulum swings of others' emotions, society's insanity, etc., but you can learn to get closer to the fulcrum so you're less influenced by the swings.

The universe is divided into specific dimensions you can move along (fear to courage, hate to love, cold to hot, depression to cheerfulness).
You can't move from fear to love since they are along different dimensions.

Don't focus on the negative (e.g. fear): you don't keep focusing on a dark room to lighten it up; you open the curtains (e.g. refocusing your attention on acting courageously instead of dwelling on fear).

Mystic psychologists could help their patients by figuring out which dimension their patients are suffering along, raise their own vibration level along that dimension, and impart, inspire, influence, or somehow transmit their own psychological energy to their patients!
