This isn't per capita. This is in absolute numbers. I added the middle east just for kicks, and still compare in absolute terms how much CO2 USA emits compared to ALL OF AFRICA & Middle East.
In absolute numbers, compare the emissions in USA vs India. 1 billion people in India produce the fraction of emissions that 325 million people in the US.
Here is the data from 2016. USA is still the biggest polluter

It's an extremely racist endeavor that's also ecologically dangerous.
Not only is he helping monsanto get control of more of our food supply, he is endangering all of us by ruining biodiversity.
