If phosphatidyl serine turns out to be a safe and appropriate supplement for you, in the US & Canada you can buy it in most health food stores (where staff may know it as "PS"). If you& #39;re taking it for insomnia, one an hour before bed + one at bedtime is probably good.
Other tips to manage high cortisol:
