black beans are really always a win. simmered with yellow onions, tomatoes, spring onion, garlic & bell pepper + a salvadorian picante sauce.
chickpeas simmered for about 90 minutes in a broth with fresh tomatoes, garlic, green onions, yellow onions & peppers + lightly steamed cabbage. cooked on its on while i was on a call

broth is a simmered tomato paste & coconut cream.
