"A" for adventure, big or small, because 'it's a terrible plan, but let's do it!'.

This pink PANTHER I gifted to my friend for her Birthday right before we took off for our 8000km car trip KNOWS what I mean, cos it was there too All the 18 days in all the 9 countries.

"B" for books.

Actual printed books that don't need recharging, cos if u travel, u'll often find places with no electricity Like this train in #Russia that takes over 24h one way LOL. And yess, books r better than movies cos u get to choose actors & ain't limited by budget

'C' for castles.

There are lots of really cool ones in Europe (and over a 100 in my 'collection' so far). The most exciting thing was, thou, a chance to live in a XII century castle near Geneva. Not a hotel. A real castle with towers, tiny windows & statues...

'D' for dogs.

'They r just pages in our lives, but we r their whole lives'. This is unconditional love and devotion and neverending cuteness, and who else will lie with you the whole day in bed when you're sick? I don't even need movies when I watch my dogs

'E' for electricity.

U don't know how much u love it till u lose it A couple years back there was a bombing at the border, so for 2 months our republic (1,6 million ppl) had no power which meant no pumps for water, no lights, no cell signal, no heating

'F' for friends (best).

I don't believe in hundreds of them, but even a dozen of people who know everything about you and would help you dispose of a body without asking any questions - that's a treasure. No matter how far apart, always there for each other

'G' for gifts.

I love giving gifts; making or picking them for the person and, omg, watching the reaction - that's absolutely priceless! It's fun to think what someone might enjoy or find useful. Maybe I spend a bit too much time & energy doing that, oops

'H' for home.

Home's not just one place. Home's WHO & WHERE u r happy to come back to (and yesss, where your laptop automatically connects to wifi haha).

It's not just a country, but a whole new world that changes ur mindset & stays in ur heart forever. I never expected to spend several months there and by far it was one of the most life-changing journeys. Whatever seems small, is huge there

'J' for Jasmine (princess).

All-time fav cartoon character that initially gave me the idea of #traveling (at the age of 5 I watched Aladdin & there came my 'I'm gonna see the whole world when I grow up'). Jasmine's such a rebel, defying rules of her society

TV couple that dragged me back into vidding&fangirling after a 4-year break thankUverymuch All is wrong about these two, they'r broken&twisted, but they'r in it together & that's the charm. Wish it was possible in RL.

U r as many times a person as many languages u speak. (c)
In Europe, 1h flight easily brings u to places where u can't speak ur native
Fluent: 3, basic conversation: +2, understand but can't speak: +3, a handful of words to get by: +6.

Because if you can show me someone else who'd spend 40h one way just to meet you at an airport in Germany upon your arrival from South America, simply cos she jokingly promised she would some years prior, go for it Craziest person in my life.

Hikes. There can never be too many of them. I'm absolutely in love with #Norway for this very thing.

'O' for oriental (everything ).

I don't know where to begin. It's just amazing. Everything there is: music, architecture... And don't even get me started on those amazing ornaments and spices and scents and... I'm such a fangirl of Middle East beauty.

'P' for #photography.

The concept 'don't take pics, enjoy the moment with ur heart' is great, but after some time it's pictures that bring all those happy memories back. Otherwise they fade, covered with new, even brighter ones.

'Q' for quietness.

As much as music and big fun company is cool, silence and solitude are still a better way to relax and hear your own self.

'R' for railway (USSR style).

It is the charm of old-school style travels: 60 km\\h, bedlinen, pillows, blankets, mattress, food, alcohol... 'New best friends' for the very duration of the trip (15 - 200 hours) who u never hear from again That atmosphere...

'S' for sweets (and the more I travel, the bigger gets the list of my favs)

We live in a globalisation age, but lots of things can still only be found locally. Be it my fav corn with caramel in Estonia, Czech choco with pear or white choco fingers in UK

There was a time I collected stamps with different kinds of transport (that u use to cross the borders): trains, buses, cars, ferries, planes... Now, after 51 countries, it's more of a 'can u plz not stamp? Or fit it in this tiny space here?'

These probably mean the most to me. I hate fake, I hate pretending. And I absolutely love ppl with their own opinion and ability to share their views honestly. Because those r the ones I can trust without second-guessing.

Ever tried being in love with #sailing & having the worst motion sickness in the world? Story of my life Feel like dying when a plane is landing or a car goes backwards. BUT SAILING IS FUN (esp if AC doesn't die in the middle of a night lol)
