A number of people are appearing to be concerned at my absence.
After being vociferous on here about the facial recognition software and the failings of the DWP I have had three & #39;visits& #39; one regarding a car I don& #39;t even own and now the DWP have decided to investigate me
A lot of Brits think we have freedom of speech, they should check the law we do NOT have freedom of speech in the UK, either under law or in practice.
Speaking out DOES and WILL get you investigated !

@SDoughtyMP
The stress is very real as is the harassment.
I have enough health issues and problems as is without adding to my load, so I have decided to go play a game instead and listen to my music as I play.
Update...
On Friday 21st dec I got a letter dated 13th Dec saying my form had to be back by Monday 24th Dec (usual threats)
When I asked them why 8 days for a letter I was told that is how long 2nd class mail takes.
#DWP blamed @RoyalMail admitted they already had my form back.
@SDoughtyMP #DWP redirected me to yourself regarding the letter (talk to your MP if you don& #39;t like it) the #DWP have now been investigating me since July.
This is causing me a great deal of stress and I am now more depressed than I ever have been.
I was forced to go to a WCA even though I can barely walk (home visit declined), they failed to provide seating, make no allowance for disabled people and made me wait for nearly an hour. I spent the next 3 days in bed in total agony.
Yet another ESA50 form arrived today!
Well after yet even more & #39;communications& #39; SMS messages and letters from DWP following the ESA50 that they finally admitted they should not have sent, and a home visit from a "Health care professional" I had a heart attack on May 5th
Which as I am sure you know is a "reportable event" as far as DWP are concerned. Start of call is dry faceless bureaucracy, name, address, post code NI Number, etc once we get through that I say I need to report a heart attack
Attitude changes to friendly and concerned tone of voice, they then confirm I do have to report, but it makes no difference!
I wonder how long it would have taken them to sanction me for not reporting an event that makes no difference?
I am back home now and recovering slowly with more meds to take for the rest of my life and a severe kick in the confidence.
Thank you to all those that have been in touch wishing me well.
OK the letter I have been waiting for has finally arrived and yes the #DWP took away my #PIP I am guessing they are calling the vatican to register the miracle recovery as I type this.
Four days after my post of 22 May, namely May 26th I once again ended up back in coronary care unit and hospital for a further 6 days , more meds, more tests, more visits to hospital to come!
Yesterday was quite a busy day! 3 hours on phone trying to sort out @DWP and my #PIP, started mandatory review and requested the report the decision was based on. The report arrived TODAY, yet #DWP insist it takes 8 days for mail to arrive! @DWP any comment?
When the & #39;HCP& #39; arrived in front of a witness from the council stated they were a DOCTOR but the report states it was a SRN @DWP any comment?

Update: Check up went as good as it could have been, they will be taking me off one of meds on the strength of it!!
Next checkup in one moth
Got the final letter from DWP!
UK people should sit down at this point!

They agreed with me and gave me back my PIP benefit (Personal Independence Payment)
