There may have been two white vans involved, one stopped on each crossing. Perhaps explaining conflicting reports to actual location of arrests. A few days after the attacks, Urban Moving System's Israeli owner, Dominick Suter, dropped his business & fled the country for Israel.

The Jewish weekly The Forward reported the FBI concluded at least 2 of detained Israelis were Mossad agents & Urban Moving Systems, employer of 5 Israelis, was a front operation. This was confirmed by two former CIA officers. Israelis were held in custody for 71 days only.
