here’s seth on the reason why setting the right vibe in a session is essential. the man had rose pedals on the floor for the HNDRXX mix sessions and had me buy candles for what ended up as our final session. both at his (and mine) favorite studio @Treesoundstudio

this was his appearance on the great @pensadosplace. he mainly made his magic behind the scenes so it’s cool for y’all to be able to see the fun loving, my-way-or-the-highway-cause-I know-my-shit guy that we all knew and loved. still do 
producers and engineers use this information. he was constantly learning through trial and error until he figured out how to get the perfect sound he always heard in his head. you can’t be him but you can use this knowledge to kick your shit up a couple notches.
I’ve tried to make this thread a few times & couldn’t stop crying long enough to complete it. i’m at peace with things now. my man was on a mission & although we had more in store what he left us with is more than most could hope to accomplish.
your spirit & influence are here forever. every time I hear one of your records on the radio or in the club I smile. your vibrations are felt deeply and always will. legends never die and neither will our memory of you. we love you seth
