Also, quality homes will be selling at a severe discount (50% - 90%) easily.

You can buy another home as well as other rental properties and increase your net worth overnight.

If you do not have a savings, start now. You have approx 18 months.

Try saving 1/3 of your income.

Make sure you have life, health, dental, car, home, and/or rental insurance.

Invest in Guns, Agriculture, Gold, and Real Estate

Shit will get real over night. If you want to create generational wealth, the next recession will be your opportunity.

Or risk the livelihood of you and yours due to the inability to act on these types of opportunities.
