Question to recovered covid patients: My symptoms set in April 16 and since then it& #39;s been 25 days. I had viral pneumonia (lung CT:10) But in past 2 days I feel extreme fatigue, can barely get out of bed, shortness of breath, mild cough, anxiety, bodyache. Has anyone had this?

Context: I did a lot of running around (literally), sleepless nights, heavy lifting, lack of meals, got 1-2 hours of rest + sleep at max for the past 15 days. Could it just be exhaustion? I also have pain in palm and feet.
I am having calcium only right now. No other meds.
