Keep your focus narrow.

I& #39;ve had a thousand ideas fly through my head. I write them down and get back to work on my newsletter.

Learn from your subscribers.

I have 120+ subscribers who all have an opinion about what I write.

Interview subscribers. Send them DMs asking for feedback. Track metrics as you iterate.

Follow other newsletter creators.

@chrishlad , @learnwithvidya, and @nick_dewilde are just a few that have helped me out in my first couple months.

Find people who have found success and follow their lead.

Submit your newsletter to newsletter directories.

I submitted my newsletter to 14 directories. @inboxreads and @newslettersco have both sent subscribers my way.
