1. Practice gratitude

Everyday, wake up and start your morning by being grateful for at least 5 things.

This will change your perspective and attitude towards your day.

Become grateful, soon you'll become happy.
2. Find your purpose

Start looking forward for every morning. Wake up with fulfillment, wake up with excitement. Here some tips on it:

- Practice what you really enjoy
- Stop looking short term pleasure
- Avoid taking cheap dopamine hits

A life worth living leads to happiness
3. Give without expecting anything in return

Help others to gain self satisfaction.

Genuinely look to help others, not to make money or to ask for favors later.

Just be nice with others,

*Remember: Be nice but always have boundaries.*
4. Expect nothing from others

The best way to live is to stop worrying about others and avoid disappointments.

The only person who deserves the highest expectations is yourself.

Share your support, but don't expect anything.
5. Lower your time with electronics

You need to start enjoying the real life.

We all like electronics, they are useful and fun. But if you don't control them, they will control you.

Even if you take a few 30-min breaks, they are game changer in the long-term.
6. Exercise often

When you exercise, you clear your mind and organize your thoughts.

It also improves your mood and health. Exercise has literally no downsides.

Exercise will not only make you happier, it will make you better.
