I recommend you become an expert in your local investment cities. I literally review every SFH, MFH that comes on the market. That way when a good deal comes along I can act without hesitation.
Youtube 🎥
Look at the old videos by Graham Stephen and Meet Kevin prior to them diversifying their content.

Their videos are solid and give you an inside look into the good, the bad and the ugly of owning Real Estate.
Courses 👩‍🏫
DONT PAY for courses!

Everything listed above is FREE (minus a few books). To many people will regurgitate the same info you will find above for FREE.

Save your money you'll need it for buying Real Estate.
Brokers🕴️
-Ask for recommendations
-Make multiple calls and interview a few different ones until you find one you like.

I got lucky the 1st time I got a very good introduction. Since then I've realized how hard it is to not only find a good broker but to keep their attention.
🏦 Loans- Get your credit into a good place and get pre-qualified. Don't wait until the last minute. Always shop around w/ different lenders

💸 Money - You will need a down payment there's no way to purchase RE without it. Not only will you need the down payment + closing costs.
If you watch every YouTube video, every podcast, read every book and follow all of those people on Twitter you'll gain hundreds of hours of RE knowledge.
