I made one goal.
I needed to complete and publish this book at my birthday.
I crushed that goal but what happened afterwards?

I made some mistakes and I will share these lessons with you.

Lesson one: Content is king but marketing is queen.
I had no marketing strategy.
This e-book is really niche specific.
It is for students starting with university studies.
You need to find ways to target your audience.
Otherwise your efforts are lost.

Lesson two: You might need to do more research to fit the demand.
I never looked at the competition beforehand.
This is a mistake.
Maybe nobody wants your product?

Lesson three: Authority takes time and effort to build.
I'm building my account on Twitter and planning to build one on YouTube.
But I don't have much authority yet to speak about learning techniques.
Solution: be consistent in putting out quality content.

I went all-in until the deadline... and then... I stopped.
I love creating but I'm not so good at selling.
That shouldn't stop you.
Be proud of your products and make a plan on how to sell.
No plan= planning to fail.

Lesson six: It takes time to learn sales.
Sales is a special language. It's not my own prime language, I must admit.
