With all signs pointing to a Democratic-majority Senate, we need to think big, then make big changes. Here’s why that matters for cities like Boston 
TRANSPORTATION: Public transit is a public good (!!!). We need federal funds to stave off proposed @MBTA cuts & move us toward fare-free T.Momentum for @ayannapressley @edmarkey #FreedomToMove Act will mean investing in safe, reliable, accessible & free transit. #FreetheT
SMALL BUSINESSES: Bodegas, local retail, restaurants & minority-owned businesses anchor Boston’s neighborhoods but continue to be devastated in the pandemic. With urgent relief for small biz & workers, we can chart an equitable recovery to narrow the racial wealth gap.
EDUCATION: Schools are at the heart of our community. We must push for more funding & support to make in-person learning safe, pass student debt relief & invest in schools as community hubs.
CLIMATE JUSTICE: We can push for a federal Green New Deal & work to enact a Boston Green New Deal — for good, local jobs & a just, resilient future.
