In this world there are many kinds of people and not everyone is good at everything. I am not good at twitter. Mostly I do not like to spend a lot of time on twitter as I have other things to do. So, yes, it is true, I come to twitter when I have something to celebrate.
In a year where most things have gone badly, I find it lovely to read about everybody else's achievements. I also share fears and sadness with friends but I do not need to broadcast them.
And project accounts also broadcast success because one always focuses on advancing projects. If things go wrong I do not take it to twitter. Instead, I concentrate in how to move towards the objectives. Those maybe the moments in which I least one to broadcast what's going on.
I feel sad if my being delighted offends anyone. But you can also unfollow me! Really easy!

Let's stop policing each other, academic twitter.
