There are tons of tools out there that are helping sales teams increase the response rate. All tools try to achieve a fine balance between efficiency (maximize reach outs) and effectiveness (Good email content that gets you a response) (4/n)

The general approach is to have a sequence of emails (first personalized and all the rest as generic ones), with a calendar link requesting the prospect to book a time. Tried to flip this approach for the pilot project. Instead first reach out was not an email but a meeting invites with a clear agenda for the intent of the meeting. The response rate was far better than the traditional approach of asking for a meeting via email. To my surprise, 58% of customers accepted the invitation. 14% declined to ask to either reschedule. 12% asked for more details on the purpose of the meeting. 16% didn& #39;t reply. as you remove friction/number of steps in transactions, the chance of completion increases. example: auto-debit of payment, one-click payment, etc. In this case, the prospect only has to click on a button to accept or decline the meeting.
