- I needed a guide/coach

- I found a teacher/mentor with experience/resources to help

- started part-time, no risk

- I completed on-line SEC/FINRA courses to become Licensed

- I learned the basics of selling/ persuasion from my mentor

Step #3: Helping Clients

- I started investing myself

- just $100/mo in Mutual Fund

- then I showed people I knew how they could invest like me

- I improved my skills, people wanted to learn from me

- over time, my confidence grew and I helped more people

- then a weird thing happened

- a client asked me “Can you teach me to do what you do?”

- so I taught him, like my mentor taught me, and then...

- I had a real business going

Step #5: Started A Brokerage

- developed training/systems for new advisors

- began to scale the company, opening new offices

- growth took off, and my income was exploding, so

- I gave my clients to my top advisors, and became a full-time Coach/Mentor and

- freedom!
